COVID- 19 UPDATE: HOW WE ARE PREPARING AND RESPONDING: 03/20/2020
To Our Valued Customers,
At Discount Sheds, LLC we are focused on protecting the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities. As a small family owned business, we recognize how important it is that we all do our part to help stop the spread of (COVID-19). Here is what we are doing to help.
STORE OPERATIONS:
Office Hours: We will be changing our office hours starting Monday March 23, 2020
Monday – Friday 10:00 AM to 3:00PM
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Our phones will remain open Monday -Friday 8:00-4:00 should you be directed to our voice mail please leave a detailed message, and we will return all calls within a 24-hour period.
We are encouraging customers who want to visit us at our office to call and schedule an appointment. This will help keep the number of visitors to a minimum allowing for proper social distancing. We have also increased the frequency of routine cleaning and sanitation on frequently touched surfaces: such as door handles, desks, computers, etc.
PRODUCT AND DELIVERY:
Discount Sheds, LLC understands that our customers have ongoing or future projects. That is why we are monitoring inventory with our suppliers, and do not see any interruptions in services currently. This is being closely monitored and we will post any foreseeable changes should they occur.
We take pride in offering our customers top-quality on-site installation of our sheds and mobile home steps. To keep our employees and customers safe we are requesting our installers to practice social distancing, washing their hands frequently, and are instructed not to enter clients’ homes. We have supplied our installers with hand sanitizers and instructing to use them as necessary.
We appricate your patience and support during these trying times.
